Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to OzAccom. Cancellations received prior to Friday 16 January 2009 will receive a full refund less a $150 administration charge. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after Friday 16 January 2009. Substitute delegates will be accepted without charge.
