Benefits for Exhibitors

The Ozwater 09 Trade Exhibition has been designed for exhibitors to achieve maximum interaction with conference delegates and visitors. There is a distinct advantage by booking early to secure prime locations. A new innovation for Ozwater 09 is that all catering will served in the exhibition area amongst the exhibitors and not in segregated areas.  Exhibitors will be encouraged to look at new and interesting designs for the display stands and consider environmentally sustainable practices in all areas of participation.

DISPLAY OPTIONS -
There are two high profile display options for exhibitors -

SHELL SCHEME DISPLAY – is a standard exhibition display booth arrangement. This option provides an easy and functional solution to exhibiting. Shell scheme displays can only be located in specifically allocated areas. The shell scheme package includes -

•    2.4m high Velcro sensitive walls
•    2 spotlights per 9m²
•    Carpet
•    Fascia sign with company name (max 30 letters)
•    Stand number
•    One (1) power outlet (4Amp)
•    Upgrade options available

In contrast to previous Ozwater events, corner stands (shown above) will not attract a premium charge, however, these stands will sell very quickly so exhibitors are encouraged to book early.

Note: minimum shell scheme size is 9m² with a suggested maximum of 36 m². Displays greater than 36m² should consider ‘Space Only Displays’.

SPACE ONLY DISPLAY – is the most creative and eye-catching way to attract buyers to your stand. Space only displays require a little more effort but can be a huge point-of-difference between you and your competitors. The space only package provides raw floor space only and does not include any of the shell scheme inclusions listed above. This package can be tailored to suit your needs.

•    One (1) complimentary “Exhibitor Hospitality Package”* with every 9m² of display space
•    One (1) complimentary Exhibition “Drinks” Ticket with every 9m² of display space
•    One (1) complimentary Gala Dinner Ticket for every exhibitor
•    One (1) Complimentary Welcome Cocktail Ticket for every exhibitor
•    Twenty (20) VIP Gold Card invitations for exhibitor’s major clients and prospective clients
•    Free trade invitations for exhibitor clients and prospective clients (printed and electronic versions)
•    Free inclusion in Exhibition Catalogue (advertising and entry upgrades will be available)
•    A complete delegate list (including exhibition Trade Visitors) will be provided except where privacy laws exclude specific participant’s details from being included and where we are excluded from divulging information due to other contractual arrangements. The participation list will be provided no later than 30 days after the closing date of the event.

*Exhibitor Hospitality Package includes morning and afternoon teas and lunch on each the 3 days of the Exhibition. Additional packages can be separately purchased.
